This is the final outcome of our album poster. For the background we used a photograph of the two girls standing in front of the sea with the focus on their hands which we also used for the inner panel of our album cover. Even though you can't see their hands we liked that your could see the flowing hair in the top right-hand corner. The hair links with the image which we inserted in the middle of the poster. We used a similar photograph to the one we used in our album cover, however this one is brighter and focuses more on the lighthouse in the background. We selected the image in a circular format which we inserted onto the poster three times in different scales and with a lower opacity of about 23%. The biggest circle is rotated by 42 degrees and the middle circle by 90 degrees. We found that this gives the poster an interesting aspect and illuminates the image in the middle from the background. On top of the middle photograph we added the title of the album and the artist...

Front & Back cover These are the final outcomes of our digipak. The front cover shows a photograph of the two girls in front of a lighthouse which immediately links with the Album title 'Lighthouse'. We decided to keep the front cover quite simple and only display the artist's name above the album title. The composition of this image gave the perfect setting for the album list as the arms of the girls create a kind of border around the titles and give a sense of symmetry. Because of the distant focus it also almost seems as if the girls are looking out towards the titles which emerge in the far above the sea. In the bottom of the back cover we added a barcode as well as the credits which includ...

Our rough cut includes all footage which we filmed on two separate days except the performance of an actor playing the piano which we are still missing. At several point during the video, the screen goes blank which are the sequences which will later show the performance part of the music video. Besides adding the performance to the rough cut, there are a few things that we would like to change. First of all, we are still unsure about the colour correction which we added in Premiere Pro. It is only a very light filter which makes the footage look warmer and gives the shadows a purple tint, however we would like to experiment more with different filters to see which one fits the final video best. When planning our music video we were also thinking about adding a little intro like the sound of the piano chair moving. This would give the video a little more of a story before the footage even shows up on screen. The story is another problem we have. Right now, without th...
